Financing
- If you are interested in an apartment, you can take advantage of the option of making an early reservation, which will give you a few days to think about the prospective purchase, during which time we will not offer the property to anyone else.
- In the meantime, we will prepare a reservation agreement. You will need to pay a CZK 150,000 reservation deposit within five days after signing the reservation agreement. The deposit will be put toward the purchase price.
- An agreement on a future agreement will be signed within one month after signing the reservation agreement. At that point, 15% of the purchase price will need to be paid within 10 days.
15% 85%
- You will pay the remaining balance of 85% of the purchase price within 10 days after issuance of the occupancy permit. At the same time, the purchase agreement will be entered into.

The price of the apartment can be paid from your own financial resources or through a mortgage. We recommend that you use the services of our bank-independent mortgage advisor to choose a mortgage. This will give you many advantages over dealing directly with the bank:
- zero processing fee;
- free property appraisal;
- the lowest interest rate;
- all communication with the bank and other institutions (e.g. the land registry office) free of charge;
- fixation of the interest rate until the housing is approved;
- accelerated mortgage processing;
Another great benefit for you is that if you fail to negotiate the financing of the property through our advisor, we will refund the reservation fee paid. So booking your dream property on time is no risk to you.
